JM Video Productions was founded in 1982 by John Malinka. As a teaching tennis professional in Jacksonville, Florida, John had utilized his passion for videography to film his students so that they could actually watch themselves playing tennis. This not only led to improved tennis players, but blossomed into numerous requests for him to video special events. Soon, news of his incredibly creative and beautiful wedding videos enabled John Malinka to go from LUV to LOVE and became the leading videographer in northeast Florida. He pioneered the way for the growth of his new profession for himself as well as others.
Through his membership in WEVA (the Wedding Event Videographers Association) he expanded his technical and innovative edge through continuing education and association with other experts throughout the world.
Malinka's genuine love of people and his thorough enjoyment of capturing special moments on video make his presence an asset to each event. He is a stickler for quality with a sincere dedication to pleasing his clients.
Two camera crews are available with three chip digital cameras, wireless microphones and backup equipment. Al has been with the company over 15 years. He employs the professional techniques required by our company. All videos are edited by owner / videographer John Malinka to ensure that each production consistently shines with the same glow of excellence.
